at the Thompson Park “Multi-Purpose Field” near the Pool and Big Rock.
ALL POTENTIAL VENDORS:
Please read the following, fill out the below form completely and submit for vending consideration.
Please understand that vendors will be responsible for their own tables, chairs, tents, etc, as they will not be provided by Thompson Park. No electricity will be provided. Vendors are responsible for their booth space, merchandise, garbage, and cleanup. Thompson Park and The City of East Liverpool assumes no liability for theft or loss of any type. Merchandise vendors are prohibited from selling food, water or drinks of any type on park grounds.
No guns, knives, alcohol, or any offensive items are allowed.
Submission of this application does not guarantee a space. It is agreed and understood that the completion of this application shall not be binding either to the proposed vendor, or Thompson Park, until accepted by Thompson Park. We reserve the right to refuse an application should it be determined too many of the same type of vendors have applied. You will receive emailed confirmation of your status for the event.
